The weekly ranking panels only include tokens verified within the last 7 days — freshness is the entry condition, applied equally to every token. A re-audit refreshes the record with the current on-chain facts, and the record stays public regardless.

Scores fall into four bands: 0–20 is low risk, 21–45 medium, 46–70 high, and 71–100 critical. The band reflects the number and severity of on-chain risk factors found at the time of the audit — a higher score means more, or more serious, risk indicators. It is a description of the audited facts, not a prediction of price or a recommendation.
