Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quantum Audit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quantum Audit provides automated smart contract security analysis, AI-powered auditing tools, and related blockchain security services. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You must not attempt to circumvent any security or access controls implemented in the Service.

4. Wallet Connection, Payments & Balance

By connecting your Web3 wallet, you authorize Quantum Audit to interact with your wallet address solely for authentication and payment processing purposes. All on-chain transactions are irreversible. Quantum Audit is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses due to user error.

You can also top up your balance without connecting a wallet, by transferring USDT to the personal deposit address shown to you in the Top Up window. That address is credited only with USDT on the networks named there (currently BNB Smart Chain and Polygon), with the amount that arrives, once the transfer is confirmed on-chain. Other tokens or networks are not credited automatically: on request we review such a transfer and, where we can recover the funds, credit them manually.

Your balance is spent on services of the Service and is not refundable, except where Quantum Audit charged or credited an amount in error.

5. Intellectual Property

All audit reports, AI-generated analyses, and platform content are the intellectual property of Quantum Audit. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reports generated for you solely for your own internal security review purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Audit makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any audit or analysis. Audit results are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee against exploits or losses. In no event shall Quantum Audit be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
