1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Quantum Audit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Quantum Audit provides automated smart contract security analysis, AI-powered auditing tools, and related blockchain security services. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. You must not attempt to circumvent any security or access controls implemented in the Service.
4. Wallet Connection & Payments
By connecting your Web3 wallet, you authorize Quantum Audit to interact with your wallet address solely for authentication and payment processing purposes. All on-chain transactions are irreversible. Quantum Audit is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses due to user error.
5. Intellectual Property
All audit reports, AI-generated analyses, and platform content are the intellectual property of Quantum Audit. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reports generated for you solely for your own internal security review purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quantum Audit makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any audit or analysis. Audit results are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee against exploits or losses. In no event shall Quantum Audit be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We collect your Telegram user ID, public wallet address (after you connect), smart contract addresses you submit for analysis, and anonymized usage metrics. We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or any personal financial data beyond what is publicly available on-chain.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide the Service, improve our AI models, generate audit reports, process payments, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Wallet Data
Your public wallet address is stored in our database solely for authentication and payment verification purposes. We verify your on-chain transactions using public blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan). No private wallet data is ever requested or stored.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Telegram (messaging platform), Reown/WalletConnect (wallet connection infrastructure), an LLM provider for source-code analysis, and Etherscan (blockchain data). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
Audit reports are stored for up to 12 months to enable re-access. Payment records are retained for 5 years as required by financial compliance standards. You may request deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, server-side signature verification, and database access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our official Telegram support channel.
